Positive Thinking
Topic: Fasahat Wasty

People talk about positive approach but few practice it. This is a powerful tool and if used appropriately can bring success to one's life. How this idea works? Life is full of good, bad and unimportant events. It is important to view these events as learning experiences and then use these experiences to improve your life. Another quality one has to develop along side is to be able to appreciate what you have and not too much worry about what you dont have. Combine these two attitudes and it will be a recipe of happiness and success. If you are happy you are successful in your mind. One need to use the idea of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) borrowed from the industry in the personal life. It is based on looking for opportunities to improve as you go along. Any bad event, error, accident, or near miss should be viewed as an oppornity to learn and improve. This is better than cursing, crying and feeling unworthy and depressed or consuming with revenge. Its about learning from events and adapting in such a way that next time it will be better easier or avoidable. It is not easy but keep reminding yourself about the positive thinking. In the end you will realise that it is indeed a powerful tool.

FUN WITH PUN by Fasahat Wasty MD Pathologist

Find the pun and have fun.

Audiologists hear voices

Anethesiologists put people to sleep ….. are they that boring?

Neurologists try to hit a nerve without getting on the nerve

Psychiatrists play mind games ….. for intellectual exercise

Radiologists enjoy working with X-rayted material

Urologists are always concerned about the leak .... they value confidentiality

Cardiac surgeons are passionate towards bleeding hearts

Never tell an Orthopod to go break a leg in the theatre

Cardiologists treat faint hearted with care …. their bills could be scary

Surgeons perform well in a theatre, just dont like spectators

Pathologist see dead people ..... all the time

Psychiatrists like your thoughts, just dont broadcast them

After success of Wikileaks, urologistts are publishing their own secrets in "Takaleaks".

Psychiatrists like your thoughts, just dont broadcast them

Anatomists dig graves
